I'm thinking of launching out of Rattlesnake Sunday AM around 8am. Rec boaters won't be too bad until after noon. If anyone wants to join me, send me an email or call.

Would have joined you had I known earlier that you were going out. I went biking instead. Next time!

Chris, sorry we didn't hook up in time. As it turns out, Al Golden and myself launched in separate boats and met up on the water. We fished together until just before 1pm and only got 2 fish--very tough bite compared to a few days ago. Both were caught on an 1/8oz darthead with 4" blue worm. Nothing else worked (senkos, jigs, topwater) even at places that have been consistently good in the N. Fork over the last 6 weeks.

Even beyond the 5mph buoys above Rattlesnake there were too many boats. And once you got back into non-5mph water around noon-ish it was very rough water from all the wakeboard boats. I mean rough. If you go out Monday you should plan to be off the water by 12 noon latest. I'm staying home Monday.
