Congrats to our new club officers and helpers!

We are very fortunate to have our first-ever set of elected officers for the School of Bass Fishing Club voted in at the club meeting on Wednesday Sept 8. Congratulations to the following club members: Denny Welch as our first-ever President, Jerry Mountjoy as our new VP Membership and acting Treasurer, Dave Roper as our new VP Tournament Direction, and Ryan Austin as our club Secretary.

We also have Brian Richards assuming responsibility for the School of Bass email list, and Gil Machado stepping up to volunteer for picking up our West Marine goodies for the monthly turkey shoot drawings. Chris Bajorek continues with maintaining the website and club forum. We are very fortunate to have such a great group willing to donate their time and leadership to our club.

If you are a club member with a forum login account, let them know how much you appreciate their willingness to help move our club forward. If you are a club member but do not yet have a forum login account, why the heck not?

Congrats to the Board members and hurray for the club. Don't be afraid to call on club members to help you out, me included. It will be a group effort that makes this club great. I see good things ahead.
